Position Summary

Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Graphic Production Coordinator in the Digital Print Center.

The candidate would be expected to: answer telephone, follow through with customer’s orders via email, organize copy work, departmental printing and copying services; greet and assist customers with all printing and copying needs; operate large production copiers and wide format printers; operate binding equipment for bindery works such as cutting, scoring, perforating, folding, punching, booklet making, lamination, folding, book binding (wire, coil, gbc, tape), mounting, etc.; graphic design work including creating and designing of invitations, posters, banners, programs, brochures, ad journals, labels, tickets, postcards, etc. for both on and off campus functions; modify or adjust customer’s artwork in preparation for printing.

Other Requirements

Knowledge of graphic design software, such as InDesign, Publisher, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw. Some knowledge of print production. Must be highly motivated team player able to multi-task without constant supervision. Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast producing print industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate knowledge of Adobe software. Basic knowledge of digital print production. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel 2013.
